1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 or 30 days of delivery (choose your preferred timeframe — I can adjust).

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Products not eligible for return include:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Digital goods (if applicable)

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at kickbox.market@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, etc.):

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return costs or provide a prepaid return label.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.

  • Provide photos or videos of the damage

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Ensure that the delivery address provided is correct

  • Contact us for assistance

We will help investigate with the carrier, but we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, the order must be processed through the return procedure.
